All appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Clients who fail to give 24-hour notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of services booked before being able to book any future appointments. 

Late Arrival

Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes may be required to rebook the appointment. 

Service Guarantee and Refunds

I do not offer any refund on services performed. Each appointment starts with a consultation and ends with a recap of all services preformed. I will do my very best to set realistic expectations during the consultation and I ask clients to express any dissatisfaction at the end of the appointment during the recap. I understand sometimes a client needs time to adjust to a new color or cut. Client satisfaction is my number one priority and I happily accept requests for adjustments. Clients have 7 days to request for an adjustment. If any adjustment will be an additional charge, I will communicate the full price (if any) before completing the adjustment.
